April Brings Spring

Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk! Amy, Paige, Cope, Nelson, Brynne and I went to see Monsters VS. Aliens. Afterwards we went for burgers at McDonalds. Amy is so patient and gentle. She puts me to shame. I remember well giving a good scolding to boys who were not careful with their meals. Amy just smiles and mops. No wonder her children are better than mine. My sister Leslie is such a blessing in my life. The other day she came like the Easter Bunnie. We had a seder together and then she moussed and fluffed my hair. Her conversations are always witty and insightful. She is a woman who is making a beautiful bouquet out of life's little weeds. No, it is not the Michellin Tire Man. This is me in my beekeeper's suit for the first time. The bees arrive next week. There is a lot to be done before they come. I watch the video of how to hive the packaged bees over and over again. I take notes. I reread the notes. I am in the middle of setting up an electric fence to keep out the bears. Am I scared. Yes! Am I exilliarated? Yes!!!
